Raschel net or braided without knots netting

Alphatex Alphatex offers you raschel nett in polyethylene (HD PE) which can be with or without micro mesh.

Raschel net in monofils :
Triangular or square mesh.
40 g/sqm to 300 g/sqm.
Occultation : 30% to 75% -  wind-break : 35% to 70%.
Green - white - blue - yellow - blue/white/red.
1 to 6m x 20 to 200m.


Raschel net in tapes or monofils and tapes :
Triangular or square mesh.
90 g/m² to 300 g/sqm.
Occultation : 25% to 99% -  Windbreak : 20% to 90%.
Green - green/black - white - sand - brown.
0.9 to 4m x 25 to 200m.
We also have micro mesh treated M1 certified by the C.S.T.B. N° of approval RA05-0298.

Applications : scaffolding, personal safety and building protection (under another net), horticulture, agriculture, sports, shading, windbreak, occultation, fish breeding, dump trucks.



Rachel netting in polyethylene :
Diamond mesh from 15 mm.
Diameters from 2 threads x 0,20 deniers to 12 threads x 0,32 deniers. 
Black  - green.




Rachel netting in polyamide : 
Diamond mesh from 5 mm.
Diameters from 0.5 mm to 5 mm.
White - other colours are possible by dyeing the net.

Micro mesh nets :
- With or without buttonholes.
- PVC reinforced strips sewn on the periphery; polyester or polypropylene in the same colour as your net : white, green, black, yellow, red, blue.
- Setting of metallic grommets.

Mesh nets :
- Custom made netting.
- Laying of whipping (rope sewn on the periphery of netting) or border rope (rope woven into the outside rim).
- Sewing of liners (debris micro mesh netting).
